Passport Program
The Passport program provides adults with developmental disabilities with resources to participate in meaningful community activities, helping them live connected, fulfilling lives.
Our Passport Inclusion Facilitator’s work for our agency and will support people attending recreational programs, community classes, life-skills training, sports, volunteer, concerts, or any activity of their CHOICE. This promotes social inclusion through the use of community resources and participation.
With a person-centred focus, our Agency Passport program has been a catalyst for finding the potential in the people we support, build on abilities, and encourage others. The Manager of the Passport program meets with each person/family directly to thoroughly review and assist with any requirements needed participate in the Agency Passport program
