Community Living Fort Erie offers different residential options Residential (Group Home, Supported Living, Family Homeshare) to adults with intellectual challenges as well as services that help adults (Community Support) and children (Family Support) to become connected to their community. We also have educational presentations for community members and schools as well as educational training for people who receive service.

To access Family Support (families who have a child with an intellectual challenge under 18 years of age living at home) contact Contact Niagara to make a referral at 905-684-3407.
