OUR COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER FOR THE CAUSE

Fort Erie Golf Club
Wednesday Night Men’s Golf League
Hosted a Great Day of Golf and
Charity Fun on July 8th.

Russ Edmonds approached Simon Reeves then
Family Support Case Manager looking to see if there was a family they could provide an opportunity for. Simon linked Russ with Cameron Radcliffe-Branch who is a young man dealing with many medical conditions, as his mom Tanya,
who works within our agency identified as “Crash Syndrome”.

Representatives from the Fort Erie Golf Club Wednesday Night Men’s Golf League present the Raddiffe-Branch family with a cheque to purchase the equipment needed for Cameron.

Cameron now 18 years old and a student at the Fort Erie High School required a specialized mattress to support his health and well being.

The Fort Erie Golf Club hosted the event July 8th and it was a tremendous success offering lunch, dinner and 18 holes of golf. With over 160 participants, the event raised $3,200.00, enough funds to purchase the needed equipment for Cameron but more importantly the family who is new to our community felt the kindness and support that the residents of Fort Erie offer.

Tanya and Griff along with their combined 6 children wish to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Simon for connecting Cameron and their family to the Fort Erie Golf Club and Wednesday Nights Men’s League as well the community who has been so generous and kind.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CARING & GENEROSITY!!
